Blizzard shared details of Diablo 4 storyline: Vessel of Hatred

Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred will be released on October 8, so developers are revealing details. Blizzard has released another expansion trailer focusing on the narrative.

As the developers stated, the Vessel of Hatred storyline will be a direct continuation of the campaign from the base version of Diablo 4. Players will follow Nearel, who will venture into ancient jungles to cleanse the soul stone of Mephisto. The task will prove to be challenging for the heroine and may lead to terrible consequences - it quickly becomes clear that she will need support.

At the same time, in the Sanctuary, the Cathedral of Light has undergone changes that threaten the main heroine. In the material, Blizzard representatives also talk about the Realm of Spirits, which will not remain indifferent to Mephisto's machinations.
