Early Access to Path of Exile 2 Will Require Payment

Grinding Gear Games is preparing for the launch of early access to Path of Exile 2. The developers highlighted a key feature of the launch.

Early access to Path of Exile 2 is set to open on November 15. It will be a paid access — keys will be available in supporter packs, which will be introduced soon; some players may receive a free invitation:

"Approximately a month from now, we will host a live stream where we will discuss everything that awaits you in the early access to Path of Exile 2, as well as ways to access the game.

While we cannot reveal all the details at this time, we would like to clarify that early access keys will be obtainable from new supporter packs (similar to what was done in the Fall of Oriath). We will showcase the new supporter packs during the live stream.

Players who have made purchases of a certain amount in Path of Exile 1 throughout the account's existence will receive an invitation to early access without the need to purchase a key.
